Business Operations Manager
Katie is a proud Michigan native. A graduate of Central Michigan University, she earned a double major in Interior Design and Entrepreneurship—an ideal combination for her role as Business Operations Manager at Ellwood Interiors.
Working closely with the design team, Katie brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the creative process, helping ensure each vision is executed seamlessly. Her proactive, precise approach supports both the team and clients, creating an experience that is smooth, timely, and stress-free.
As a mother of three young children, Katie understands the importance of balance and organization in everyday life. This perspective fuels her commitment to minimizing stress wherever possible—both at home and in her work. Outside of work she prioritizes traveling the world, often alongside her close-knit extended family. As well as spending as much time outdoors, when Michigan weather allows.
Before joining Ellwood Interiors, Katie served as a project and department manager for a boutique lighting manufacturer, where she oversaw complex, large-scale projects. Today, she brings her collaborative spirit, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt quickly to the many moving parts of the business—always with professionalism and grace.
